This set was conceived as a dialogue between tradition and modernity. It embodies the light of reasoning, the sharpness of decisions, and that quiet elegance that only a beautiful object can bring to an interior.

The mahogany and sycamore board offers a subtle contrast between muted orange tones and pale beige, for perfect readability. With a generous size of 50 cm, it is framed by a wide border that enhances its presence. Crafted in Europe using demanding artisanal methods, it combines fine marquetry with precision laser cutting for a crisp, even and durable finish. The matte surface preserves the natural character of the wood while limiting reflections.

The pieces are carved from natural boxwood and ebonised boxwood. Their glossy finish lends a refined brilliance and highlights the finesse of each figure’s design. The king reaches 100 mm and comes with a full set of 34 pieces, all weighted and felted for perfect stability on the board. The knight, particularly expressive, brings the ensemble to life through the quality of its carving.
